Refund policy
1. Overview
At Reedhi Art , each painting is carefully handmade with attention to detail. Because our artworks are handmade and unique, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your painting arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged painting

Photos of the packaging
After verification, we will offer either:

A replacement painting, or
-
A full or partial refund depending on the situation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or commissioned paintings

Paintings purchased during sales or promotions

Paintings damaged due to improper handling by the customer
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this time, the artwork may already be prepared for shipping and cancellation may not be possible.
